Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Good to have skills : React.js

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span both the user interface and backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the day often includes problem-solving, refining system performance, and continuously exploring new technologies to enhance the overall user experience and system functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of backend development frameworks and RESTful API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services to deploy and manage applications.
• Familiarity with database management, including both SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
