Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and adopt a cloud-first and agile mindset to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are both effective and efficient. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to emerging trends will be key components of your role, as you strive to provide high-quality outcomes for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with modern Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
