Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer embraces a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the system components.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience with Java programming and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies and integration with backend services.
