As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from user interfaces to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and performance. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous problem-solving are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering an environment of creativity and technical excellence.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies and frameworks to create responsive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support cloud-first development.
• Ability to work within agile methodologies and contribute to iterative development cycles.
