As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of components to deliver efficient and innovative solutions. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to understand business needs and applies a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex challenges, continuously enhancing the overall user experience and system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
