Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of system components.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Ability to work with databases, both relational and NoSQL, ensuring efficient data management.
- Experience in implementing agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
