Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of database management and integration with full stack applications.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
