Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web application development and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and building AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, RAG solutions, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.

The role involves designing and developing scalable, production-grade AI applications, intelligent assistants, conversational platforms, and enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices-based architectures.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate Generative AI and LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Develop AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, AI assistants, knowledge search platforms, and workflow automation systems.
• Implement and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) for seamless interaction between AI models, tools, and enterprise systems.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Experience working in an eCommerce/Retail organization and focus on Customer Service operations – chat and email channels.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data teams to define AI use cases and deliver innovative solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD implementation, and production deployments.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience in Full Stack development using Node.js and React.js.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/LLM-enabled applications.
• Experience implementing MCP-based integrations and AI tool orchestration.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and scalable architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
