Software Development Implementation
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions across the entire technology stack.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices in software development.
Implement, test, and deploy applications while ensuring high performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
Collaboration Teamwork
Work closely with development teams in Sweden and India to deliver innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and QA engineers.
Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
System Architecture Performance Optimization
Design and implement scalable and efficient systems that align with business needs.
Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and reliability under various conditions.
Contribute to architectural decisions, including technology selection and system design improvements.
Technical Support Maintenance
Provide third-level support to the production team in Sweden, addressing critical issues and ensuring system stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges.
Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements.
Innovation Continuous Learning
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to company-wide policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on project needs.
