We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP and Python. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and scale high‑performance web applications while to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

·               Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python, Fast API framework and modern frontend technologies React JS

·                 Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using PHP frameworks and modern frontend technologies.

·                 Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisions.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.

Technical Skills – Mandatory

Backend & Full Stack

·               Strong hands-on experience with PHP (5+ years)

o       Frameworks such as Laravel

• Strong hands-on experience with Python (5+ years)

o       Frameworks such as FastAPI

• RESTful API design and microservices architecture

Frontend

·               Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

·                 Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, JS

Generative AI

·               Experience using Gen AI tools for Development

Databases & Cloud

·               Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL

·                 Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS )

·                 CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes – preferred)

Good to Have

• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Prior experience working on enterprise or customer-facing platforms
