Role Summary
ARAs Client is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale web platforms that power its robotics and logistics ecosystem.
In this role, you will work across frontend and backend technologies, contribute to system architecture decisions, and collaborate with product, deployment, and infrastructure teams.
The ideal candidate enjoys ownership, technical depth, and impact, and thrives in product-driven or fast-growing startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
Fullstack Development
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable fullstack applications.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
System Design & Architecture
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
- Design scalable application stacks for production environments.
DevOps & Deployment
- Plan, deploy, and maintain application stacks in production environments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Collaboration
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, and deployment teams.
- Participate in design discussions and sprint planning.
Reliability & Troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Engineering Best Practices
- Maintain high code quality standards.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Support automated testing and quality assurance practices.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 35 years of fullstack development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with:
- React
- HTML
- CSS
- Redux
- Backend development using:
- Node.js
- Express.js
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases
- Solid understanding of:
- Data Structures
- Algorithms
- Object-Oriented Programming
- Experience with Git / GitLab
- Experience working with Docker and containerized environments
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai)
- Comfortable working in Linux-based environments
