What You'll Do
- Design, prototype, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents into product workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
- Translate vague product ideas into working MVPs, fast.
- Improve existing features based on real user feedback.
- Write clean, scalable code with a modern stack (see below).
- Collaborate directly with product, design, and AI teams to turn ideas into shipped experiences.
- Use AI-powered tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0.dev, etc.) to speed up coding, testing, and debugging.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (or strong equivalent).
- You've built and shipped real products and enjoy seeing users interact with your work.
- Skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Next.js, and backend tech like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Comfortable designing PostgreSQL schemas and scalable data models.
- Curious about or experienced with AI agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
- Startup DNA you move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes end-to-end.
- Strong debugging instincts, problem-solving skills, and product sense.
- Bonus: experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or integrating OpenAI/Hugging Face.
