Role Description
We are looking for a high-caliber Full Stack Engineer with strong Machine Learning experience to join our core engineering team.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Frontend engineering
- Backend and API design
- Machine learning model development and integration
- Real-world production systems
You will be involved end-to-end from system design and architecture to implementation, deployment, and iteration.
This is not a narrowly defined role. You will have autonomy, responsibility, and influence over both technical direction and execution.
What you will be working on
Full Stack Development
- Build and maintain modern, scalable web applications using TypeScript and Next.js
- Design clean, reusable frontend architectures with a strong focus on UX, performance, and maintainability
- Develop robust backend services and APIs that power real-world workflows
- Work across databases, APIs, business logic, and user interfaces without silos
Machine Learning & Data
- Design, train, evaluate, and iterate on machine learning models
- Integrate ML models into production systems, not just notebooks
- Work with structured and unstructured data to solve real business problems
- Collaborate on model performance, reliability, and real-world impact
- Continuously improve models based on feedback, data, and outcomes
Systems and Ownership
- Take full ownership of features from idea build deploy monitor
- Contribute to system architecture, technical decisions, and long-term platform direction
- Improve performance, security, scalability, and reliability across the stack
- Identify technical debt early and address it pragmatically
- Help shape engineering standards, patterns, and best practices
Qualifications
You must have:
- 46+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Next.js
- Proven experience working with machine learning models in real applications
- Strong proficiency in Python (ML workflows, backend services, data processing)
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Experience designing and managing APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, and data layers
- Experience delivering systems into production environments

- ML-only researchers with no production exposure
How you can stand out
- Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production (MLOps, pipelines, monitoring)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of security, data protection, and system scalability
- Experience working in startup or fast-moving environments
- A strong portfolio, GitHub, or demonstrable real-world projects
