Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Full Stack Developer with 12 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in backend and frontend development and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance full stack applications and internal tools.
- Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive and high-quality user interfaces.
- Work efficiently with databases ensuring performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and Content teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the technical stack.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience with backend development using Node.js (Express) or Python (Django).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontendbackend integrations.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD practices.
- Good knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, and data structures.
- Strong debugging and analytical abilities.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Lambda, CloudFront, RDS, etc.).
Preferred/Good To Have
- Experience with OTT platforms, media workflows, or streaming systems.
- Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architecture.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Practical exposure to frontend frameworks React preferred (Vue/Angular also acceptable).
- Understanding of data analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools.
Education
- B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science or related fields
- Minimum 70% aggregate throughout academics
