Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern to join our engineering team in a fully remote internship position. This opportunity is designed for individuals with 01 years of experience who want real-world web development experience using modern technologies.

Compensation: Performance-based after 4 months

About the Program

This internship offers real project experience where you'll build end-to-end web applications as part of our products. Over the course of the program, you'll work closely with mentors and the engineering team to contribute meaningfully to product development. The first 4 months are unpaid, after which compensation will be provided based on performance and contribution. You are expected to have your own system for remote work.

Whar You'll Do

• Write clean and maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems.
• Build responsive web applications using React.js/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Develop RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and implement database schemas using MongoDB.
• Collaborate through code reviews and design discussions.
• Participate in agile development workflows and sprint planning.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Minimum Requirements

• Basic understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript framework.
• Basic knowledge of backend development concepts.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Own system (laptop/computer) for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or similar CSS frameworks.
• Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js.
• Understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Portfolio showcasing web development projects or previous internship experience.
