About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across both frontend and backend development, along with solid DevOps and Kubernetes experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and databases.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Deploy and manage applications across development, staging, and production environments.
• Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration, deployments, scaling, and application management.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, monitoring, and release processes.
• Troubleshoot application, deployment, and production issues.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Follow clean coding practices, code reviews, testing, and version control standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development experience with technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or similar.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control.
• Good understanding of Docker and containerized applications.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes tools such as Helm.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
