Experience: 5–8+ Years

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days)

Key Skills: React, Python, FastAPI, Azure, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Micro-Frontend Architecture, CI/CD, System Design, Solution Architecture.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end feature development, from technical design and implementation to testing and deployment.
Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using React, Python, FastAPI, and Azure services.
Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Identify technical debt, optimize performance, and ensure code quality and production reliability.

Preferred: Experience with LLM/AI integrations, micro-frontend frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Candidates should have strong technical leadership skills and hands-on experience delivering production-grade applications.
