Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Architect scalable solutions, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth deployment and performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve processes.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with expertise in the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of REST API design, microservices, and scalable architecture.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Good to Have :
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, Redux, or GraphQL.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and serverless deployment models.
- Prior experience in agency or startup environments.
