We are now looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer with 1.5 3 years of hands-on experience in both backend and frontend technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes ownership of delivering clean, efficient, and scalable software solutions.
Your Role
In this full-time role, you will design, develop, and maintain web-based software applications from end to end - from crafting robust backends using .NET Core to building intuitive frontends using React or Angular. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure every product meets both technical and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core for the backend.
- Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code while maintaining coding standards and best practices.
- Design and manage relational databases using SQL; optimise queries and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to plan, deliver, and continuously improve development processes.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimise application performance.
- Communicate effectively with international clients and team members to clarify requirements and provide progress updates.
Required Skills
- 1.5 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
- Strong hands-on expertise with .NET Framework / .NET Core for backend development.
- Solid frontend development skills in React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Good understanding of SQL, database design, and relational data modelling.
- Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools.
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Writing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
