You will be the technical lead responsible for:
- Implementing Insightly CRM pipelines, custom fields, automations, and API integrations
- Designing and building a scalable middleware/API layer
- Working with operational heads to convert business processes into robust system workflows
- Acting as the glue between CRM, web app, and external partner systems (dialers, financing providers, proposal management and scheduling tools, etc.)
Requirements
- 5-8 years of full-stack engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in full stack development (NOSQL, React or Next.js, Lambda)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration patterns
- Experience working with CRMs (Insightly preferred, Salesforce/HubSpot acceptable)
- Strong debugging, performance optimisation, and architectural skills
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- Ability to understand sales workflows, operations processes, and multi-stage pipelines
- Strong communication—clear documentation, structured thinking, and internal stakeholder coordination
- Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured system designs
- Must have delivered at least one end-to-end CRM or workflow automation project
- Must have built API-driven backend services
- Bonus: Experience in solar, field service, fintech, or operations-heavy businesses
- Bonus: Experience with Insightly specifically (otherwise willingness to upskill quickly)
Work Mode : office 5 days
Shift : 8:30 pm to 5:30 am ( Monday to Friday )
