We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain a complete Recruitment ERP and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for our organization. You will be working independently as the sole developer, leading the entire development cycle from architecture to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a customized Recruitment ERP + ATS covering end-to-end recruitment stages (sourcing, ATS workflows, interview stages, medical status, visa stages, documentation, deployment, finance, reports)
- Maintain, optimize, and enhance the ERP system regularly
- Integrate API connections with recruitment platforms, job boards, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
- Build dashboards, tracking systems, and automated workflows
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with the operations team to automate business processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Proven experience developing ERP systems (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) concepts and modules
- Good understanding of UI/UX and workflow automation
- Up-to-date with modern technologies and stacks
Solid but not limited to command of:
- Backend: PHP / Node.js / Python
- Frontend: React / Vue / Angular
- Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- APIs, microservices
- Git/GitHub version control
Major Plus
- Previous experience building Recruitment or HR ERP
- Experience working with manpower recruitment processes
- Knowledge of automation dashboards and reporting systems
