Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer ( IMMEDIATE JOINER ) with strong experience in React, React Native, and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Front end (Web & Mobile) :

Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native

Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and efficient code

Ensure consistency, performance, and usability across devices and platforms

Backend :

Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS)

Handle authentication, authorization, and API security

Integrate backend services with frontend applications

Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data models

General Responsibilities :

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues

Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams

Support deployments and production issues when required

Required Skills

Must-Have

35 years of hands-on experience in React, React Native, and Node.js

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript

Experience with REST APIs

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design

Experience with Git and version control systems

Knowledge of database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)

Understanding of basic DevOps and deployment practices

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
