Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to support the development of advanced applications in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical clinical development and R&D. The role requires hands-on engineering expertise to enhance scalability, improve code quality, and optimize solution design for production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React (Vite).
- Build and optimize back-end services using Python (FastAPI).
- Deploy and manage front-end applications on Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
- Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and AI-driven workflows.
- Contribute to system architecture and solution design focusing on scalability and performance.
- Ensure high-quality, production-ready code following best engineering practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver requirements effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Full Stack Development with React, Vite, Python, and FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and AI-accelerated development environments.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry (clinical, R&D, healthcare, etc.).
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with Databricks (highly preferred).
- Experience scaling front-end applications with AI-powered components.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments.
