We are redefining the electric mobility landscape by integrating Agentic AI into infrastructure for multi-unit dwellings, workplaces, and commercial fleets. We don't just build chargers; we build intelligent, autonomous energy ecosystems. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who breathes Vibe Coding—someone who uses AI as a force multiplier to build robust systems at 10x speed.

The Mission

You won't just be writing boilerplate code. You will be leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks to design, deploy, and scale our EV Fleet Command Center and Mission Planning modules. Your goal is to move from idea to production with unprecedented velocity.

Responsibilities

• AI-Accelerated Development:Utilize Vibe Coding principles and AI coding assistants (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) to rapidly prototype and deploy features.
• Full-Stack Orchestration:Design and maintain scalable applications using ReactJSand NodeJS.
• Intelligent Infrastructure:Implement and manage Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions) and integrate with OCPP-based management systems.
• Agentic Integration:Help bridge the gap between our core platform and AI agents that handle predictive maintenance and energy load balancing.
• Cloud & DevOps:Manage server infrastructure, DNS, and SSL via modern hosting environments and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Code Strategy:Perform high-level architectural reviews of AI-generated code to ensure security, maintainability, and clean documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ yearsof experience in Full Stack development.
• AI Native:Proven ability to use AI tools to speed up development cycles. You should be comfortable prompting, debugging, and refining AI-generated outputs.
• Tech Stack:Expert-level JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
• Data & Auth:Deep experience with Firebase/Google Cloud Platform.
• DevOps:Familiarity with server administration (cPanel/GoDaddy) and automated cronjob management.
• Problem Solver:A builder mindset—you care more about the solution and the speed of delivery than manual syntax.

Bonus Points

• Experience with OCPPor EV charging infrastructure (not mandatory)
• Understanding of Agentic AIframeworks.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetesfor fleet-scale deployments.
• Experience building a SaaS or PaaS
• Experience in startup companies
