About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 45 years of strong hands-on experience in Python, Node.js, and Java, along with deep proficiency in AWS-native tools such as CDK, SAM, Lambda, Step Functions, and event-driven architectures. You will work closely with our engineering and delivery teams in Dubai and Riyadh, contributing to cloud-native applications and scalable backend services used across the Middle East and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python, Node.js, and Java.
- Build and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, and other AWS-native services.
- Use AWS CDK / SAM to define and manage cloud infrastructure as code.
- Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs with strong focus on performance, security, and resilience.
- Collaborate closely with UI/Frontend teams for full-stack feature delivery.
- Work with teams in Dubai and Riyadh to align delivery timelines, architecture decisions, and customer requirements.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code following modern engineering practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, code reviews, and DevOps pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems, cloud workflows, and API performance.
Required Skills
- 45 years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong coding experience in Python, Node.js, and Java.
- Hands-on experience with AWS serverless and cloud-native services:
- Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, etc.
- Experience using AWS CDK or AWS SAM for IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices patterns.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working in distributed teams.
Good to have
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time communication patterns.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes/EKS or hybrid architectures.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
