Full Stack Developer - PHP & Javascript

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. In this role, you will work across the entire development lifecycle - from architecture and coding to optimisation and deployment - while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. • Design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions using modern frameworks, design patterns, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain applications using PHP, Laravel, Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, and support GenAI integrations as needed.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code with strong unit test coverage while continuously improving existing codebases.
• Troubleshoot, identify patterns, and implement optimisations to enhance overall system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to estimate, plan, and deliver high-impact features.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and vendor solutions evaluate and recommend adoption where appropriate.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer building robust, scalable, and secure applications.
• Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel and at least one modern front-end framework (Angular or ReactJS), with working knowledge of NodeJS.
• Solid understanding of core CS fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, OOP (encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism), and design patterns.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, Git, and comfort working on a Ubuntu/Linux environment.
• Ability to take ownership of deliverables, work in fast-paced environments, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
