What This Role Requires

In the role of Full Stack Developer, you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what will be your responsibilities and what we are looking for.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Flask.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Integrate frontend components with server-side logic using AJAX and jQuery.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement interactive and responsive web interfaces.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness to requests.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and delivery.

What are we looking for

• Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on Flask framework.
• Hands-on experience with AJAX and jQuery for dynamic front-end interactions.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS) is advantageous.
