Full Stack Developer (Node.js, MongoDB & React)
We are looking for a talented
Full Stack Developer skilled in
Node.js,
MongoDB, and
React to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems, and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End (React) :
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js
- Convert UI/UX designs from tools like Figma or XD into functional components
- Manage component state using Hooks, Context API, or Redux
- Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Back-End (Node.js & MongoDB)
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Design database schemas and manage data in MongoDB using Mongoose
- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
- Maintain server-side logic, improve performance, and ensure scalability
General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers
- Integrate frontend and backend systems for seamless functionality
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Perform debugging, testing, and code reviews
- Implement security best practices at both front-end and back-end levels
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript (optional but beneficial)
- Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.)
- Knowledge of Express.js and API development best practices
- Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD processes
- Good understanding of component lifecycle, performance optimization, and state management
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- 15+ years of experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer (depending on seniority level)
