Key Skill Requirements:

- Strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)

- Experience in building REST APIs

- Hands-on experience with React Hooks and state management

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design

- Experience with Git/version control

- Knowledge of deployment or cloud environments is a plus

Good to Have:

- Experience in ERP/CRM/SaaS applications

- Exposure to TypeScript, Next.js, or WebSockets
