About the Role:

This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable end to end web applications across frontend, backend, and database layers. It involves working with modern frameworks and technologies to build high performance solutions, developing and integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless system functionality. The position requires active participation in architectural decisions, performance optimization, and implementation of best coding practices. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver efficient, secure, and user centric applications in a dynamic, on-site work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code across the full stack.

Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to system architecture decisions.

Develop and maintain API integrations between frontend and backend services.

Monitor and optimize application performance and database efficiency.

Debug issues, fix bugs, and implement unit/integration testing.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and development teams.

ؠEnsure application security through authentication and data protection mechanisms.

Requirements:

26 years of full-stack development experience

Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js

Proficiency in backend technologies: Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), and basic knowledge of Golang/PHP

Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases

Hands-on experience with API development (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC)

Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or Context API

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern development workflows

Strong understanding of Git (branching, PRs, code reviews)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple technologies

Willingness to work in a strict on-site setup
