We're redefining how people discover and shop fashion by combining strong curation with speed, including 60-minute delivery across Delhi NCR and express shipping across India.
We're currently in a 01 build phase, so things move fast, ownership is high, and every hire directly shapes the product.
The Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build, ship, and scale.
You'll work closely with the founders and own features end-to-end, from development to deployment, while helping us build a strong, reliable tech foundation.
What You'll Do
- Own features end-to-end, from idea development deployment
- Build and scale backend systems and frontend interfaces using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js)
- Handle deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure reliability
- Work on real-time problem solving across product, ops, and growth
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ship fast
- Optimize performance, debug issues, and improve system architecture
What We're Looking For
- 23 years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong working experience with the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js)
- Solid understanding of DevOps (CI/CD, cloud, deployments, monitoring)
- Experience with version control, code merging, and managing production environments
- Clean coding practices and strong debugging skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in startups or 01 environments
- Exposure to scaling products
- Understanding of e-commerce or logistics systems
- Strong sense of performance optimization and system design
