About The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain high-impact consumer-facing applications. You will work across the entire stack using
Java (Spring Boot) and
Flutter, contributing to products that serve diverse user communities.
This role requires strong ownership, performance optimization skills, and comfort working in an AI-assisted development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement features end-to-end using Java (Spring Boot) and Flutter
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
- Optimize performance including database queries, APIs, caching, and frontend responsiveness
- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Own features from planning and development to deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product delivery
Technical Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Minimum 2+ years of production experience in both Java and Flutter (or similar technologies)
- Strong experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks (Micronaut, Quarkus)
- Proficiency in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience in query optimization and performance tuning
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation testing, and Git
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration
- Mandatory experience deploying applications on AWS
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch)
- Understanding of client-side stability, robustness, and performance optimization
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude) as part of the development workflow
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building consumer applications with video streaming, social features, or community engagement
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with caching tools like Redis, Memcached, or CDN strategies
- Strong understanding of security best practices and common vulnerabilities
- Experience with load testing and performance profiling
