Job Description
ROLE :
- Seeking a Specialist with 7+ to 10 years of experience in Java Full stack development proficient in Angular and Java to design develop and maintain high quality software solutions.
- Develop and enhance client facing and internal applications using Angular and Java technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design development testing deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable and performant software solutions.
- Apply best practices in code quality testing and documentation to ensure maintainability and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java Fullstack development to continuously improve solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and provide insights on architecture and implementation strategies.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design, develops and maintain complex software systems using Angular and Java frameworks.
- Execute comprehensive code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Estimate and plan technical efforts for Agile sprint stories and deliverables.
- Implement performance optimization techniques to improve application responsiveness and scalability.
- Serve as a key technical resource and mentor for team members providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead by example promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Participate in evaluating new tools frameworks and technologies to enhance development efficiency.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contribute to process improvement
