Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Work Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 35 years
Role Context
We are building data-heavy, workflow-driven platforms for MSMEs, lenders, and ecosystem partners.
This role is for someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end from UI flows to APIs to data handling and is comfortable moving across the stack as the product evolves.
What You'll Do
- Build and own end-to-end features across frontend and backend
- Develop clean, scalable APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
- Work closely with Product and Design to translate workflows into working features
- Debug production issues across layers (UI API DB)
- Write readable, maintainable code with proper documentation
- Participate in design discussions and suggest better technical approaches
- Improve performance, reliability, and security of the platform
Tech Stack
Engineers with strong fundamentals and the flexibility to learn and work across technologies
Frontend
- React / Angular / Vue (any one strongly)
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Understanding of component-based design and state management
Backend
- Python (preferred) / Node.js / Java
- REST APIs, authentication, background jobs
- Basic understanding of async processing and error handling
Data & Infra
- SQL (Postgres / MySQL) and/or NoSQL
- Understanding of data models and migrations
- Git, basic CI/CD, familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus)

Experience Guidelines
- 25 years of software development experience
- Can be frontend-heavy or backend-heavy but must show evidence of crossing the boundary
- Prior startup or product company experience is a strong plus
- Experience building internal tools or admin dashboards
- Exposure to fintech, compliance, or data platforms
- Experience with workflow-based or multi-stakeholder systems
