Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing .NET-based web applications
- Identify, debug, and resolve production issues and bugs
- Implement small enhancements and improvements in live systems
- Handle production incidents and application downtime efficiently
- Act as the first technical point of contact for client escalations
- Execute deployments and ensure backups and rollback readiness (as per defined processes)
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients during issue resolution
- Maintain basic technical and operational documentation
- Support and guide junior developers and interns
