Full-Stack Developer - Equity-Based (Founding Tech Partner)

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

Develop mobile, web applications using ReactJS and ReactNative

Develop API's using NodeJS, Express, python or Java

Ensure coding standards are adhered, and code meets scalability, performance, and security requirements.

Enable integrations with external vendors like (payments, CRM, fitness SDKs, loyalty, etc)

Write SQL queries, DDL scripts, stored procs, and finetuning of SQL for performance.

Translate business requirements to meanigful tech architecture and development components

Re-engineer legacy codeinto real-time, scalable, and modular solutions.

Promote and focus to improve developer productivity and speed of delivery.

Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and governance processes.

Qualification

At least 2-3 years of fullstack developer experience with

Frontend: ReactNative , ReactJS, ExpressJS

Backend / API : NodeJS, Express, python or java springboot, SQL, MYSQL or SQL Server or prostgres database

Experience with cloud & CI/CD

Environments AWS, Azure or other

Automation for deployment, and basic infrastructure settings

Experience with App Store & Play Store guidelines

Experience in a agile development environment

Proven record of delivering full stack production applications

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Job Location: Three days a week onsite closer to Bellandur Bangalore and two days work from Home.

Salary: 10k-12k stipend + equity
