About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Flutter (Mobile App & Web App), React Native(Mobile App) &ReactJS (Web App). The developer will work on multiple ongoing and upcoming client projects on a contract basis. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in frontend and backend integration, API handling, and delivering high-quality, scalable applications.
Required Skills:
Fronted
- Flutter (Dart) mobile app development for Android & iOS
- ReactJS component-based architecture

- Strong understanding of UI/UX and responsive design
- Experience with state management (Provider / Bloc / GetX / Redux etc.)
Backend & Database
- Node.js / Firebase (Cloud Functions, Firestore, Realtime DB)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Flutter mobile apps, React Native mobile apps &ReactJS web applications
- Build reusable UI components & architecture
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Integrate APIs and ensure smooth front-to-back communication
- Work closely with our internal team on requirements, UI integration & testing
- Debug, optimize and implement new features as required
- Deliver milestones on time with proper testing
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience in Flutter & React
- Strong understanding of full-stack architecture
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Must be available for daily/weekly sync calls
- Experience delivering projects end-to-end
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Admin Panel frameworks (Next.js, Angular, Vue)
- Experience with CI/CD
- Understanding of App Store / Play Store publishing
