Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a strong focus to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in our dynamic team, contributing to the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include:
Coding And Development
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using PHP, Laravel, React Native, React.js, Angular, MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with the development team to translate design wireframes into functional and responsive web applications.
Team Meetings
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss project requirements, share progress updates, and brainstorm solutions to technical challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient development process.
Code Testing
- Conduct thorough testing of developed code to identify and address bugs, ensuring high-quality and bug-free software.
- Collaborate with QA teams to implement effective testing strategies.
Client Interaction
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical insights.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and address any queries or concerns they may have.
Database Architecture Design
- Design and implement efficient and scalable database architectures using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Conduct regular code reviews and analysis to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack development using PHP, Laravel, React Native, React.js, Angular, MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Solid understanding of database architecture and design principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with coding best practices, version control, and deployment processes.
