Job Summary
We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development to join our growing engineering team. You will work on developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React optional) on the frontend and Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI) on the backend. Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and optionally React.
- Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Python frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Design and manage relational database schemas (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with appropriate testing coverage.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in frontend development with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Bootstrap.
- Solid experience in backend development using Python with at least one of: Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Proficiency with relational databases: MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker basics).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
