Job Summary:

Bonanza Group is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience. The primary focus of this role is to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications that drive our business forward.

The ideal candidate will be a master of both front-end and back-end technologies, a clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and business goals, and a reliable problem-solver who ensures the seamless operation of our digital platforms.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- Figma to Frontend Conversion: Proven experience in converting Figma designs into responsive and optimized HTML/Email Tmplates, React components, or other front-end frameworks.

- PHP Laravel: Strong hands-on experience in developing backend applications using PHP Laravel framework.

- React & Redux: Extensive experience in building maintainable and high-performance React applications with Redux for state management.

- Node.js: Good understanding and practical experience in developing server-side applications with Node.js.

- Database Knowledge: Proficiency in MySQL, including database design, queries, and optimization. Strong understanding of relational database concepts.

- Version Control: Solid knowledge of Git for version control, branching strategies, and collaboration.

Good to Have:

Experience with Redis and MongoDB for caching, real-time data, or NoSQL database solutions.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

- Understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
