What we need: A Backend-Heavy Full Stack Developer for a large-scale enterprise Software platform. Core focus: APIs, business logic, integrations. But comfortable stepping into frontend when the team needs it.

Key responsibilities:

• Build RESTful APIs using Node.js / NestJS / TypeScript
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas using Prisma ORM
• Implement complex workflows, state machines, and approval flows
• Integrate payment gateways, messaging APIs, and external services
• Build background jobs with Redis + BullMQ
• When needed: build pages/components using React / Next.js
• Write tests, participate in code reviews and daily standups

Profile we're looking for:

• 3+ years experience, strong backend focus
• Strong: Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, TypeScript, Redis
• Comfortable with React / Next.js can build admin pages, forms, tables independently
• Third-party API integration and webhook handling experience
• Database transactions and data integrity understanding
• Unit testing with Jest
• Believes in continuous learning stays curious, picks up new tools fast, sees challenges as growth

Nice-to-have (big plus): React Native, payment integrations (Stripe/HiPay), Twilio, AWS (SES/S3/Lambda), Firebase, Docker, multi-tenant SaaS, ERP/CRM experience.

Goal of the role: Be the backbone own APIs, business logic, and integrations end-to-end. Step into frontend when it counts. Backend specialist first, truly full stack when needed.

Budget: 1 Lakh INR/month

Location: Kolkata, India (hybrid)
