About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer with 23 years of experience to join our Engineering team. You will work on building and maintaining scalable software solutions for diverse client projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to full-stack development and opportunities to contribute to AI/ML-enabled applications while growing your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business and client requirements
- Build full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
- Assist in integrating AI/ML features into existing and new applications
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and reliability
- Research and evaluate new technologies to support digital transformation initiatives
- Provide support, enhancements, and optimizations for deployed applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 23 years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), or Python (Django/FastAPI)
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Good understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, or Python ML libraries
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and eagerness to learn
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
- Experience building proof-of-concepts or automation solutions
- Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
- Portfolio or project contributions demonstrating full-stack development skills
