The selected candidate will be part of the IWM IT BU, leading Data and AI teams with a strong focus on building a scalable enterprise Data Platform and designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions for IWM business needs. The role involves architecting a unified platform for structured and unstructured data, ensuring efficient data ingestion with minimal redundancy, integrating data virtualization tools such as Denodo or Dremio, and enabling analytics and reporting through APIs, Power BI, real-time streaming, and monitoring dashboards. The candidate will also design and deliver production-grade AI applications using Python and LLM frameworks, including RAG-based systems, agent workflows, vector databases, prompt optimization, and evaluation frameworks. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for solution integration, testing, and delivery, while documenting architectures and best practices. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, has 12+ years of technology experience, hands-on exposure to data platforms and big data migrations, familiarity with modern data technologies, and a strong understanding of data governance. The role requires independent ownership, the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability to new technologies, and excellent communication skills across all levels
