Role Overview:
We're looking for a high-ownership Full Stack AWS Developer to join our New Initiatives – Supply team. This team operates like a startup within the company — identifying, building, and scaling new supply channels and tools that drive better, more efficient access to talent. You will work at the intersection of AI, product, and growth, building end-to-end systems (front-end, back-end, infra) that help us discover and unlock better and more efficient channels of supply. This is not a traditional dev role. You will build, test, ship, and iterate fast — often from 0 → 1.
What You'll Do:
- Build end-to-end products and tools (frontend + backend + infrastructure)
- Design and develop AI-powered systems, agents, and workflows
- Identify and experiment with new supply channels through tech-led solutions
- Work closely with business, product, and data teams to translate ideas into working systems
- Own the full lifecycle: ideation → build → deploy → optimise
- Use AWS to build scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient systems
- Rapidly prototype and ship using AI-assisted / vibe coding workflows
- Continuously improve systems based on performance, efficiency, and output quality
What We're Looking For:
Core Skills
- Strong experience in full-stack development
- Frontend: React / Next.js (or similar)
- Backend: Node.js / Python / similar
- Hands-on expertise with AWS and Superbase ecosystem
- Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB, Step Functions, etc.
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end applications independently
AI & Modern Development
- Comfortable with AI-first development workflows (vibe coding, rapid prototyping)
- Experience working with LLMs, APIs, agents, or automation systems
- Ability to ship fast using AI tools without compromising quality
Product & Ownership
- Ability to think like a builder, not just a developer
- Strong ownership mindset — you own outcomes, not just code
- Comfortable working in a lean, ambiguous environment
- Bias for action — you ship, test, and iterate quickly
