Kefilo is building a
NutritionTech company focused on transforming people's health through science-backed nutrition, food technology, AI, and intelligent manufacturing.
We are not just another cloud kitchen or healthy meal delivery company. Our vision is to build a scalable ecosystem combining
personalized nutrition, transformation programs, standardized food production, and technology to make healthy living accessible and measurable across India.
We are currently in the
initial product-building and testing stage and are looking for a founding Full-Stack Developer to help build Kefilo's technology infrastructure from the ground up.
This is an
equity-only founding team opportunity, with no fixed salary until we secure funding and stabilize revenue.
As a Full-Stack Developer at Kefilo, your primary responsibilities would include:
- Build and maintain Kefilo's web and mobile technology ecosystem.
- Develop scalable frontend and backend applications for customers, nutritionists, operations, and internal teams.
- Work on user registration, onboarding, assessments, nutrition profiles, subscriptions, orders, payments, progress tracking, and transformation journeys.
- Develop APIs, backend services, databases, authentication, notifications, and integrations.
- Build dashboards for customers, nutritionists, operations, and administrators.
- Integrate nutrition, fitness, wellness, food, and customer data into the product.
- Work closely with nutritionists and data scientists to integrate personalized nutrition and recommendation systems.
- Integrate AI/ML models and third-party APIs into the Kefilo platform.
- Build systems that can eventually support Kefilo's Nutrition Intelligence System.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, responsive, and reliable.
- Manage deployment, version control, testing, debugging, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.
- Design the architecture in a way that can support future multi-city and high-volume operations.
- Work closely with the founder and other founding team members to convert business and product requirements into functional technology.

Immediate Priorities — First 90 Days
- Understand Kefilo's existing product requirements and technology roadmap.
- Build and improve the core Kefilo application.
- Establish a scalable frontend, backend, and database architecture.
- Implement key customer and operational workflows.
- Build the initial nutrition profile, assessment, subscription, and transformation modules.
- Create dashboards for internal teams and nutrition professionals.
- Integrate relevant APIs and AI capabilities.
- Establish proper development, testing, deployment, and documentation practices.
- Build the technology foundation required for Kefilo's future Nutrition Intelligence System.
