Remote|Full-Time|Founding Team Opportunity

The Role

We are seeking 12 Full-Stack AI/ML Engineers to join our founding engineering team. You will work directly with our Chief Architect on a daily basis, taking ownership of critical systems and contributing to the core platform that powers our enterprise solutions.

Title options: AI/ML Engineer or Software Engineer (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

Key Responsibilities

Own data ingestion, inference pipelines, and platform interfaces end-to-end

Build, experiment, iterate, and ship production-ready AI/ML solutions rapidly

Collaborate closely with the founding team to deliver enterprise-grade solutions

Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where high-impact delivery is the norm

Tech Stack:

Backend

Python, FastAPI, Llamaindex

Frontend

Node.js, Typescript, React

Data Storage

PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS S3

DevOps

Docker, Git, AWS (vendor and LLM-agnostic)

Vector Search / RAG

Pinecone, embedding models, dense/sparse indexes, hybrid search, rerankers

Ideal Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, or RAG-based projects

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone preferred), embedding models, and semantic search architectures

Understanding of dense vs. sparse indexing strategies, metadata filtering, and hybrid search techniques

Familiarity with context engineering, prompt optimization, and chunking strategies for document retrieval

Understanding of ETL orchestration principles

Strong first-principles thinking and problem-solving abilities

Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success over individual recognition

Entrepreneurial drive and ambition to grow with an early-stage company

Compensation & Benefits

We offer flexible compensation structures tailored to your situation:

Option A: Salary + minimal equity stake

Option B: Significant equity stake with deferred salary + backpay upon reaching ARR targets

Work Environment

Location: Fully remote

Schedule: Working hours must significantly overlap with PST/EST time zones (non-negotiable)
