Job Description
You will Responsible for end‑to‑end order fulfilment, ensuring accurate and on‑time processing of customer orders according to production, inventory, and shipping schedules. Coordinate with planning, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain seamless material flow and meet delivery commitments. Monitor order status, inventory availability, and lead times, resolving fulfilment issues to minimise delays and customer impact. Improve fulfillment efficiency, customer service levels, and operational reliability.
You will report to the PCA Team Lead and work onsite in Kancheepuram, India.

- Secure seamless material flow to reduce lead times, always looking for opportunities to challenge existing processes and deliver faster, more reliable results for customers.
- Work with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Transportation,encouraging open feedback and shared learning to drive alignment and collective improvement across the organisation.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
- B.E in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent work experience in a Supply Chain function, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
- Minimum of 8 years of Order Fulfilment responsibilities having manufacturing plant working experience.
- Analyse problems and propose solutions to higher management - viewing feedback as a pathway to growth .
