Job Description

You will Responsible for end‑to‑end order fulfilment, ensuring accurate and on‑time processing of customer orders according to production, inventory, and shipping schedules. Coordinate with planning, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain seamless material flow and meet delivery commitments. Monitor order status, inventory availability, and lead times, resolving fulfilment issues to minimise delays and customer impact. Improve fulfillment efficiency, customer service levels, and operational reliability.

You will report to the PCA Team Lead and work onsite in Kancheepuram, India.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible tocomprehend the requirements of customers or business partners to bring strategic value to them while promoting customer needs as the key driver for business goals and initiatives.
  • Building relationships across the company is critical to the role. This enables applying ideas, capabilities, and processes. Additionally, instilling an and enthusiastic response in others is crucial. Direct this response toward achieving company goals and priorities. Furthermore, arousing others commitment and support is vital, even when embarking on unknown territory.
  • Partner with factories across organisational levels to ensure product availability, looking for new ways to improve delivery performance through proactive analysis, reporting.
  • Refine inventory levels by balancing delivery service improvements with inventory efficiency, while reducing slow‑moving finished goods - embracing data‑driven learning to achieve smarter outcomes over time.
  • Secure seamless material flow to reduce lead times, always looking for opportunities to challenge existing processes and deliver faster, more reliable results for customers.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Transportation,encouraging open feedback and shared learning to drive alignment and collective improvement across the organisation.
  • Take on additional responsibilities by management, approaching new challenges with curiosity, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
  • This work consists of unifying internal members around a common vision and goals, and teaming with others for enhanced outcomes.
  • These actions may encompass, but are not limited to, the following: Support product supply and inventory plans consistent with the objectives of the business or product line.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, ERP/SAP transactions, and customer requirements while maintaining high data accuracy..
  • Adopt new technologies to enhance performance and to use knowledge and information for driving competitive advantage. Promoting an environment where technological innovations are recognised and rewarded.
  • Identify core value-adding processes and maximize their productivity. Integrating and streamlining processes throughout the supply chain and ensuring adoption of best maximum efficiency.
  • Around business imperatives and others of that urgency. Setting, well-defined goals to meet business challenges and ensuring performance against those goals.
  • Overcoming obstacles to drive initiatives and actions to closure.Promoting an environment in which information flows freely among all levels of the organisation.
  • Anticipating and meeting the information needs of all relevant constituents.Ensures familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • B.E in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent work experience in a Supply Chain function, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Order Fulfilment responsibilities having manufacturing plant working experience.
  • Analyse problems and propose solutions to higher management - viewing feedback as a pathway to growth .

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Proven track record in productivity contribution and process optimization. Lean knowledge.
  • Accept change and adapt to a variety of assignments.
