Job Title - Fulfillment Center Team Leader

Salary - 15,000 - 25,000 (In Hand) (based on skills & experience)

Location - Lasudia Mori, Indore (M.P.)

Work Days - Monday to Saturday

Job Type - Full-Time (In-Office Only)

About the Job -

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Team Leader who can manage daily operations, lead a team efficiently, and ensure smooth shipment and inventory activities. The candidate should have strong people management and coordination skills. E-commerce or Amazon FBA knowledge is not mandatorytraining for fulfillment center processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities -

Team Leadership & Operations -

1) Manage daily attendance and workforce discipline.

2) Assign daily work tasks and ensure proper delegation.

3) Coordinate with the catalogue team and other departments.

4) Cross-check assigned work and ensure tasks are completed on time.

5) Monitor productivity and quality of team output.

6) Share regular feedback.

Fulfillment Center Operations -

1) Shipment Creation: Create and manage shipments on Amazon and other platforms.

2) Shipment Tracking: Track shipment movement and ensure timely delivery to fulfillment centers.

3) Inventory Planning: Monitor stock levels, plan replenishments, and prevent out-of-stock situations.

4) Return Management: Track returns, process claims, and update system records.

5) Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Experience -

1) Proven experience as a Team Leader (mandatory).

2) Strong people management and delegation skills.

3) Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

4) Strong coordination and communication skills.

5) Willingness to learn fulfillment center processes (training will be provided).

6) Logistics experience is a plus.
