Job Purpose: Resource Required for currently running internal project which is based on SaaS platform. All work will be done on the OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).

Details and Responsibilities:

Candidate should have the following:

Technical and Functional knowledge:
Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion.
Need Oracle Workforce compensation
Excellent grasp on HCM Fusion Compensation module.
Good knowledge on Fast Formulas
Should have good understanding on BI and OTBI reports.
Good communication skills.

Good to have:

Good in client management
Requirement gathering, delegation, work allocation, tracking, estimation and timely deliverables.
