Purpose of the role

The FSQ Supply Business Analyst is a critical role to partner with internal General Mills teams and external suppliers and manufacturing partners to drive efficient and effective management of existing and future-scope processes, digital capabilities, and tools.

The FSQ Supply Business Analyst will sustain and improve access management processes for external supply chain partners. This role will also leverage data + analytics to ensure operational excellence and identify trends and opportunities for future enhancements. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal General Mills teams and external partners, ensuring seamless access and support for critical systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage ID process for FSQ contacts at General Mills external supply chain partners
  • Support external supply chain partners in troubleshooting access and training on General Mills systems
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders that support General Mills cyber security
  • Support review and attestation processes for external IDs
  • Request, upload, and maintain critical documentation related to General Mills suppliers
  • Sustain and improve metrics, reports, tools, and dashboards
  • Develop, sustain, and improve standard work procedures and training documents
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Data and analytics experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
  • Preferred prior experience with local and remote / virtual teams
  • Able to follow standard work and flex approach to quickly adapt to meet business needs
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Able to flex their schedule to connect with global teammates in other time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food Manufacturing experience
  • Reporting and Dashboard development experience (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
  • Passion for data accuracy and process improvement
  • Ability to work independently + seek out solutions to problems
  • Self-starter who can prioritize workload while meeting commitments
  • A team player who is willing to help their teammates as needed.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a diverse audience
